Efficiency assessment using fuzzy production possibility set and enhanced Russell Graph measure

Abstract This paper studies the efficiency assessment of Decision Making Units (DMUs) when their inputs and outputs are fuzzy sets. An axiomatic derivation production possibility set is presented a enhanced Russell graph measure formulated using arithmetic approach. The proposed approach uses polygonal sets LU-fuzzy partial orders, provides crisp measures (and associated ranking) as well efficient targets. has been compared with other DEA approaches on different datasets from literature, results show that it more discriminant power flexibility in modelling input output data.
